Palm Key is a 350 acre island in the South Carolina Lowcountry, and the states premier eco-tourism and nature getaway. Our colony of cottages are beautifully appointed with porches, and porch swings, facing either the marsh or our pond. While you are here, enjoy kayak tours, birding walks, arts activities, salt and fresh water fishing, nature walks and great relaxing. Guests can also explore our mystical park, tie a wish on our wishing wreath, check out our organic garden and learn about our unique history and ecology. We are equipped to host groups of 2-200 with our state of the art meeting facility and dining hall. We prepare delicious food from scratch, using natural and organic ingredients. Palm Key is the perfect setting for retreats, weddings and corporate events, as well as weekend getaways and day trips. Our guides, artists, and event coordinators are on-site to facilitate you in designing your stay. We are located an hour each from the Lowcountrys most famous cities: Hilton Head, Beaufort, Savannah and Charleston. Visit us and enjoy Southern hospitality at it's best.
We specialize in providing each of our guests with individual programs catered to what they want to see, do, eat and experience. No two stays are ever alike. Our cottages supply all the comforts of home, with wireless internet, a kitchen and laundry in each. Cottages are 1-5 bedrooms, each with a unique view and decor.
We are open and active year round! Phones are open 9-5 everyday. Tours are individualized to each guest, and are dependent on tides and weather. Please call us to discuss your stay or event.
